Most people say Instagram is so engrossing that it is keeping you from having a productive life? Well i will leave that for you to answer. Conversely, maybe Instagram is not good enough or there are certain things in there you would rather live without seeing, well that will be best known to you. Regardless of your position, sometimes it’s better to simply let go of your account permanently or for a while. That is why i have taken my time to write this post to aid you guys out there on how you can go about the process of deleting or disabling your Instagram account.
However it is not a difficult task to get rid of your Instagram profile, but there are some things worth noting. Before i proceed on How To Quickly Delete/Disable Your Instagram Account With Ease, first, i would like you to know that there are two main options for making your Instagram account disappear, the two options are :-
- You can delete your Instagram account temporarily (Disabling).
- You can delete your Instagram account permanently (Deleting).
- Deleting your Instagram account will permanently erase all your photos and videos, while
- Disabling your Instagram account will simply make your data invisible, but all your contents (i.e your pictures and videos) will be there when you decide to come back.
So lets us now go through the process on How To Quickly Delete/Disable Your Instagram Account With Ease.
How to temporarily disable an Instagram account.
- Use a browser to go to www.instagram.com (This cannot be done from the Instagram application running on your device).
- Log in with your Instagram profile (i.e username and password).
- Now click on the profile button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Next to your Instagram profile picture and user name, click on “Edit Profile”.
- Scroll down the page and select the “Temporarily disable my account” link.
- You can now select a reason why you are disabling your Instagram account.
- You will then re-enter your password for your Instagram .
- When that is done, click on the button that says “Temporarily Disable Account”.
- To then reactivate the account, simply log back into it.
- From a browser, go to www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/ which is simply Instagram’s dedicated page for deleting Instagram accounts.
- Now If you are not logged in into your Instagram account, you will be asked to do so.
- You can now select your reason for deleting the Instagram account.
- You will then re-enter your password for your Instagram .
- Then click the red button that says “Permanently delete my account”. Note: by sellecting the red button that say “Permanently delete my account” will permanently delete your Instagram account with all your contents and you can never get your account nor your contents back.
- Thats all, your Instagram account is permanently deleted is now gone.

DeleteI think that 300-610 Study Guide is crucial for graduating from any university. Every student should know how to write and I think you should be able to do it, too. I would recommend you to take some extra classes or enroll in additional course.
